• Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable: Customized, altered, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Process:

1. Contact our customer support to initiate a return/exchange request.
2. Ship the item back to us (shipping costs are non-refundable).
3. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
